The CUTEST valentines breakfast!! XOXO pancakes! I picked up some adorable XO silicone pancake molds at the Target dollar spot a few weeks ago and whipped up this fun breakfast for our family!

Growing up, my dad would make us pink, heart shaped pancakes every Valentine’s Day, complete with a chocolate shaving heart on top. It was always so fun and special, and it’s so sweet for me to be able to make a few alternations and continue on with a tradition like this for my own family.

You can pull out your family favorite pancake recipe or grab a mix (whatever is in your capacity today, mama!!) to make these. Either works great! If you are using a mix, I will say that King Arthur makes an amazing gluten free pancake mix. Just make sure that it isn’t a super thick batter, since you will likely struggle a bit with the molds if it is.

Add your favorite toppings and enjoy! We pulled out fresh berries, grassfed butter, local maple syrup and SO Delicious coconut whipped cream for ours! So simple and fun!
